We invite you to consider New Westside Terrace for your new retirement home and look forward to welcoming you as a future resident. We strive to accommodate the changing needs of senior living while creating a sense of home and family atmosphere.

New Westside Terrace is staffed 24 hours a day. Residents are provided 1, 2, or 3 meals daily (as they prefer), weekly housekeeping and linen service, regularly scheduled transportation, and 24-hour emergency call service. We strive to provide the best senior services and senior care in Longview WA. It is our goal that you have a sense of safety and well being.

No apartment is further than 60 feet from the elevator. This makes it easier to walk from your private apartment to the community room for meals and fun activities. New Westside Terrace is conveniently located near banks, shopping centers, doctors’ offices, public library, and beautiful Civic Center park. The public bus stop is near the front of the building.

Our residents would like to welcome you to our senior community.

We offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has its own kitchen, individual controls for heating, and ample closet/cupboard space. Residents decorate with their own personal furniture and belongings to create a comfortable, homey atmosphere.
