New Westside Terrace

At New Westside Terrace, we offer a community where our residents are cared for by our friendly, helpful staff. We cater to seniors, who are independent and active, yet we offer supportive services to create a carefree lifestyle. New Westside Terrace is staffed 24 hours a day. You will be provided with 3 meals a day, housekeeping service, 24-hour emergency call service, linen service and regularly scheduled transportation. It is our goal that you have a sense of safety and well being.

Our building is laid out so that no apartment is further than 60 feet from the elevator. This enables our residents to easily stroll from their private apartment to the community room for meals and fun activities. New Westside Terrace is conveniently located near banks, shopping centers, doctors’ offices, the public library and the beautiful Civic Center park. Conveniently located out front of our building is a public bus stop.

Our residents would like to welcome you to our community.

We offer large deluxe alcove, one-bedroom studios, and two-bedroom apartments. Each has its own kitchen, individual controls for heating, and ample closet/cupboard space. Residents decorate with their own personal furniture and belongings to create a comfortable, homey atmosphere.
