Phil Boyle

PHIL – ADMINISTRATOR

Phil was born in Indiana, and moved to California at the age of 10. He graduated from a Thousand Oakes high school and from Moorpark College. Phil went on to become a Landscape Contractor for 25 years. In 1993 Phil worked for several advertising companies, which led him to the Pacific Northwest. Phil started working at a local adult family home, where he learned care management and resident care skills. In 2002, Phil started working for the Bond family as a landscaper and caregiver. Phil helped to remodel New Westside Terrace and was one of it’s very first caregivers. Since them Phil has been the site manager for New Westside Terrace and other Bond senior properties and is looking forward to embarking on his job as Administrator of New Westside Terrace. In his free time, Phil enjoys raising hybrid wolves and the New Westside Terrace residents enjoy meeting the puppies every fall and spring.
